We picked her up on Saturday from Animal Farm Foundation, who temporarily housed her for RPB. Right now, she is chilling out and decompressing after her trip. She's had a rough start in life, but is settling in nicely and already learning the basics: like how to walk on leash and the joy of stuffed Kongs.
Sedona will go through training with RPB volunteers, work towards earning her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification, and then will be placed into a lucky home.

What a beauty! Love her already!
She is beautiful...where was she pulled from? I am just wondering becuase there was a bust in my hometown of over 200 Pitbulls...just curious if she is one ot the ones taken
Danette, yes, she is one of the "Ohio 200".
Recently I have become a new owner of a female Pit Bull named Roxy. She is a little over a year old and I have had her now for almost 3 months. I was a little leery about getting a pit because of the reputation of the breed. I am so glad that I went ahead and got her. She is the best dog I have ever owned. She is very well mannered, smart and easy to train. She stops any barking or aggression on command. She is protective and will show aggression towards other dogs that come close to our fence but will imminently back off and sit when I give the command no or stop. She is absolutely a great dog and we love her.
Hi, I came across your blog today and I love it! I am an APBT owner, mommy, and lover of this breed. I have been an owner for over 10 years now, and also just recently added to our family an 8 week old BP-APBT. Not only am I a mommy to my babies...Diamond 4, Bentley 1, and Harley Jane 8 weeks, but I am also a full time mom to 2 beautiful children also.
Im writing you because I am an artist looking to get my name out there and was wondering if you would be interested in hosting a giveaway (for free) on your blog.
This isnt spam and I can show you my site to prove it. I sell art on Etsy and one of my prints that has been quite popular is my pit bull print. Id love to help your blog gain more exposure while also helping my little art shop do the same.
I would also like to help donate to the fundraiser you have listed and would be interested in setting up a portion of my sales to be given to help out if any of your readers would be interested in purchasing a print beyond the giveaway.
Here is my site on Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/listing/53454951/custom-dog-silhouette
That is also the print Id love to giveaway to any of your readers.
If your not familiar with giveaways here is a blog that kind of shows how they work, giving you more exposure to your site, while promoting mine. Its a win-win =) Not to mention the help with the fundraiser.
Here is an example:
